However, if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please reach out to us at reach@tenahealthcare.com with relevant details and supporting images or videos. We handle each case individually and strive to resolve any concerns promptly. Please note that we can only address order-related issues (such as damage, defects, or incorrect products) within 7 days from the delivery date.


Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with Tena Health Care can be cancelled before they are handed over to our delivery partner.

While we typically dispatch orders within a day, we recommend initiating cancellation requests within 90 minutes of order confirmation. To cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us via email at reach@tenahealthcare.com, or call us at +91 93636 50090.

Upon cancellation of prepaid orders, we will initiate a refund within 24-48 hours, and the refunded amount will be credited to your source account within 7-10 working days.
